rx-4 wheel size
hi
i am starting my 929/rx4 build this winter and i am hunting for some wheels
i am doing a full gsl-se suspension swap so i will have the 4 x 114.3 hubs on there
from what i've read, both front and rear will be the same in regards to wheel size (rear axle has the same length?)
the wheels i got in my are the Rota Shakotan
they come in 15x 7,8 and 9
they are available in offsets 0, 4, 10 and 15mm
i've read several threads saying i would need 4.75 backspacing.
this one is supposed to have that number on a 15x8 wheel
i have no idea what that number translates to in actual offset and how the wheel will sit in the wheel arch
anyone also got tire size recommendations?
i really like the stance on the rx-4 pictured above

close-up pix. the right backspace will make the rim/tire flush to the wheel well/fender instead of rims sticking out with no meat inside. btw, its running on RE=Speed camber plate for a FB and FB strut/brakes/tokico and stock FB springs (believe it or not, its not bouncy like most FB aftermarket front springs).

Thnx siraniko! Nice info, but i still need an offset number
The wheels i got in mind are avalable in 0, 4, 10 and 15
I don't want to use spacers, but i do want them flush
Also, which tire size are you running?
