FL RX-4 Inner Tie Rod Ends

I am in the process of gathering all the parts to re-build my front end and I cannot find the inner tie rod ends for my 1974 rx-4. Does anyone know of a place that I can get them from? I know the following manufacturer's made them but no longer make them: Rare Parts (Part Number 25956), Mcquay-Norris, Perfect Circle and Repco . I have tried cross referencing part numbers but that has not worked. I have called all the manufacturer's to see if any of their distributers have any left over stock and of the distributers have any. Finally, I have tried to order them from E-Bay (Australia and NZ) and they will not ship to the states.

I know I can get them re-built but I rather not have the car down while they are being re-built.

Any help is much appreciated!

/\ as above . TE513R ( inner rx4 74 -78 ) though i got mine locally ( oz ) 3 months ago and there is many listings
though i went through rockauto for the strut tops

i expect some of the oz ebay traders ( such as phils ) would have no trouble shipping further if you sent them an email

looking at rock auto, the rx4 listing is vague and appears to be for PS, the image shows a straight inner tie rod

the US numbers are not familiar with me, but if you check oz cross listings you can see the same part is used for inner on late 808 ( 818 ) and later capella/ rx2 and rx5 and 626

if you look across those listings on rockauto then the number repeats as either
853199324 ( straight )
or 853199322a ( curved )

TE513R is curved

Per Rareparts.com website, inner & outer tie rods are still available.

that was one of the first places I tried after I could not find them locally. they had many of the parts that I needed when I built the suspension for my REPU. They only carry the outer tie rod ends, which I already have. but thanks for the suggestion

All good information.....thanks for the help guys.

I was able to order them from the RARE Parts website. funny thing is, I called Rare parts (800) 621-2005 and asked them for the Part number 25956 and the lady I spoke to said they do not have any in stock and they did not make them anymore. nevertheless, the website allowed me to order it. I will let you guys know if I actually receive them?

Although I was able to order them on-lime I got a call from RareParts about 2 hours later telling me that they no longer make the part nor do they have any left over stock.

Anyone know where I can buy them?

and is used on later CB1 capella/rx2, 808/818/rx3 , 929/rx4, 121/rx5, 323 ( GLC ), 626 and early rx7

which IS avail through rockauto

m14 x 1.5 on the drag link and with a 12 mm cone

or.. this aussie trader will sell you a TE513R-

Sorry I missed it the first time. ordered the American part number 853199322A. Supposed to get it next week. Let you guys know if there are any issues with it.

tried the Australian e-bay one first and they wanted $50 for shipping so I went with rock auto!

Again, thanks for the help.

gee i hope im right then ! i nearly dived in on them before i found the TE513R is avail here
i am not 100% sure on your drag link thread size but if you are m12 then you can still bush the tie rod

unfortunately the express postage to the US is about right
im usually stung pretty hard when i order from the US to oz
and im also stung with post east coast to west coast oz
so i dont think i can help much with undercutting that postage price and reposting you a pair
but i will try if you are really stuck and cant find a trader to ship

no worries, I have two sets on order now. Some from a fellow rx7 club old schooler and the ones I ordered using your American part number. Again, I will post back with the results and let you guys know if they work or not.
