That car is not a '73.
It's a '74 or newer.
Look at the bumpers and the nose/hood.

No, 76 and later did not have the center badge on the4 grill in the front as far as i know, so i think its either a 74 or a 75. The SP's only have the little mazda badge on the grill. I noticed it the other day, very nice car, or so it seams.

Definately not a '72. I'd guess at least '76. My 808 is a '75. It had a center badge in the grill, but of course not the rotary badge like I put on it. I do question the mileage they are claiming. I could believe 106,900. I'd have to see some kinda proof that is original miles.

My guess is a 74. My 75's bumpers were a little smaller. I have heard that the 74's bumpers were a little bigger than 75. We all know what the 73 and earlier look like and those aren't even close.

Well, I went out to my stash of old RX3 parts to settle the grille badge question as I knew I had a grille that I took off the '74 I bought a few years ago, but I found TWO of 'em and they both have different badges and I'm not sure exactly WHICH grille came off the '74 so my efforts were fruitless, I'm afraid.

That has to be the longest single sentence I've ever written...

The car had no VIN posted. That would have been useful to know if you're buying a car from someone on the other side of the continent!
