RX-2 Almost done

Just got the car back. Suspension, brakes and cooling system are done. I have to work on the interior. Here are some pictures

Looks great man! Love the battery relocation. Cleans up the engine bay big time and prevents future rust. I'm so tired of seeing people use those dinky Odyssey batteries on something that isn't a dedicated track car. Is that the D51R yellow top?

I'm also really like the overall clean engine bay... man that looks good!

It is a D51R yellow top. Not cheap. I've blown my budget, my wife is ready to divorce me, my credit card throws sparks every time I charge something. But it is almost done. I am waiting for insulation I order for the roof and the back seat. I have a new headliner from SMS and also re-did the dash. The seats and carpet will have to wait. The stereo system also. I should have the car ready by the end of June.

I have a streetported 13B 4 port. The streetport is huge and it sounds like a bridgeport.

I got the panasports off ebay 4 years ago. I was getting them for a GSL that I never got to purchase. The size is 13x7. 4x100 lug pattern.

I had a 1979 RX-7 with a dellorto sidedraft. I used the emulsion tubes from an 1983 GSL. I never had a problem.
