Rotor wheels?

Hi
I saw someone had some rotor wheels forsale they looked pretty cool what did these come on? Any what years? Are they rare?

The rotor wheels were available on first generation RX-7s sold everywhere except the U.S. They were available in Canada. 1982-83 were the years I think. I have attached a photo.
