Thanks guys. The Rodeo tires that came on them had me kinda spooked, but with some 50-series 16s, they fit fine. They can be found in 15s as well if you need a little sidewall.

Sorry guys, it's my friend's...I'm drooling too.
The old story of an SCCA champion RX2/3 roadracer stops racing to have a family, when the son gets about 14 they build a project together to bond and keep the kid out of too much trouble.
The detail is fabulous, fabrication of the front shock towers and still uses gen 1 lower control arms and tension rods. Plexiglas windows with T handle sliding side windows. Coils in the cowling
Alternator turns off the driveshaft, I also like the central jacking post in the rear, totally adjustable
rear suspension. Super light, 5.12 gears. Built mostly to surprise anything on the street.

[QUOTE=BASTARD;9727374]and this makes him a master designer and fabricator
Why yes it does...he's been building and racing Mazdas since the early '70s, makes his living owning a Mazda shop...and you?
You're not only a BASTARD but a BLIND BASTARD...
Take a closer look at his REPU...then go out and take a look at yours.
Maybe you can't appreciate work like that, but I do.

We never got them here in Australia, but they are at the top of my list when it comes to old school rotors...just nudging in above the rx3 wagon.
I love the "Rotary Power" on the tailgate and even more so when it's the pressed out raised up version I have seen on a few of the REPU rear end's at Sevenstock over the years.
One day i'm gonna come back to the USA with a sea container and a wad of cash and bring one home with me....or just buy one from New Zealand!!!
You guys are VERY VERY lucky to be able to own these rotors!
I'm jealous.
