If I recall this car is either in Australia or New Zealand. It popped up on a site once before showing the conversion from a semi trashed Mini. Happy hunting.

That Car Is In Trinidad.....see The Flag On The Rear 1/4.......also The Bannana Tree...definetly Carribean.....the Name On The Old Windscreen Is ..singh.
