renesis rotary

well my friend has a 04 rx8 renesis and its blowing blue smoke. i think that it has
either a bad apex seal or side seal i dont really know but thats my guess.
what might you guys think it is. thanks in advance for advice

oil control "O" rings. rebuild time.
