Recent 1974 RX4 rotary wagon owner new to rotary world
I know it has a general "what's up" on this club, but I figured I'd get straight to the chase this way .I recently acquired a 1974 rx4 from a meet last week for free due to no title, but recently recovered it. Original owners live near me. Anyways, I'm having trouble finding a front strut replacement. The car is currently relying on its springs to roll and it's not the greatest . Only part I am having trouble finding. Also pointers to trouble areas about the car would be amazing! Simple and easy to work on as of now. Has 49k miles after it sat in a open faced shop for 27+ years. Wanting to leave it as original as possible w/out conversions for now.
White leather interior w/ black carpet. All original

thanks! I always wanted an rx3 due to my buddy having a 1973 rx3, but his was the farthest thing from original and this thing is clean for how long it sat (insides and mechanically anyways). So when he said he would give me his space taker, I had to hop onto it

Congrats! I too recently acquired a '74 RX4 wagon. Mine sat in a humid barn since '82 so it isn't in nearly as good of shape as yours though; and i didn't get nearly as good of a deal as you.

I just started to dig into my wagon. This '74 came from an auction in TX. Top side is worse than the bottom, which living in the rust belt is the exact opposite of what I'm used to. I would guess the OP's wagon has SA/FB front suspension. It was a common period mod, and results in the lowered front end.
