R100 for sale in Canada

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESE%3AIT

Is that car really worth $1500 in that condition? The reason I ask is that it's being sold in my area, and I've always had this foolish dream of owning a pre-RX-7 rotary. If they're worth that much without a motor and with some considerable rust, I may have to rethink my plans some.

COMPLETELY worth it, it will probably sell for over 3. but you being local i would get in contact and try to buy it cheaper do to being local and not having to deal with shipping. talk nice with the guy read up a bit on all the old school rotaries and seem like you love the cars and want to really put time and money into restoring it. maybe hed sell it to you. but you would have to do it and get it all taken care of before 24 hours of the auctions end. oh and thats a 12a twin dizzy motor.

i cant find a pic of a 10a but if i do i will put one up here.

Wow.

I really don't have the cast to spend $3k on a shell right now. Oh well, I'm sure it will go to a good home.

You sure about the motor though? That'd mean that the car was modified not long after it was purchased back in '71, 'cause it wasn't registered past '77.

the only reason i thought it was a 12a is cause of the sililarities between it and my motor which is a twin dizzy 12a.

sorry my pics is angeld the wrong way, but they do look similar, however there are some differences. I will continue to search and i am sure i will post a 10a pics tomorrow, Err well later today terchnically. Lates Matt22

The 10A's were also Twin Dizzee set-ups.
