PA Project rotary mazda b2200

Car is a MAZDA B2200 pick up truck,i used the stock 5 speed pick up trans and driveshaft with a first gen rx7 bellhousing, the 2 trannys were taken apart and the tail housing of the truck tranny was used with the FB bellhousing, all wiring was redone and backup lights and speedo are working great, the gearing on the pick up trans matches really good the HBP 13B engine and the shifter ended in the stock location,Motor is a HBP R plates with SE housings and internals,a second gen oil cooler was added for better cooling, the motor is mounted on the chassis via front cross member
with original MAZDA rubber mounts, front sway bar and cross member were modified cauze the SE oil pan was hitting them, for ignition i am running SE setup with 2 MSD boxes, for fuel a RACING BEAT intake with a HOLLEY 650 double pumper and a HOLLEY fuel pump. All the stock wiring was removed and replaced with a new custom harness using weather tight conectors. The truck is getting painted same color as the engine bay and is getting build mostly for AUTO SHOWS not for speed.

Very Frigg'n cool! How does the emissions thing work, since you have a relatively new truck. Wouldn't you be required to meet 96 emission standard?
