Haha, I have my own welder, just ran out of time and mainly money. It will be running in the next few weeks. I'm going to enjoy Sevenstock from the sidelines. Next year she will be ready with a new paint job

Sorry, its been awhile for an update. I have been busy with life, you know how that goes. Anyways, engine and trans are in. Trans crossmember is made and done, exhaust is made and done. Oil cooler and radiator are mounted. Both MSD 6als are mounted. Whats left- Mounting fuel pump and plumbing and wiring. I should have it running by XMAS. Heres some updated pics.

Me too please. On my rx2/13b 6port if I turn the wheels all the way to the right the steering drag link will hit it.

Can you post up more pictures with your header and your steering wheel turned all the way to the right.

With my wheel turned to the right I cant seem to get the header to clear the car and the drag link. I have the racing beat header kit I bought several years ago.

Mine just barely hits as well because the engine sits further forward since it has a piston subframe setup. I will probably heat it up and put a little dimple to clear

The seats came out good! I need to get my rx-2 seats redone in Cali as well. If you can share where you got it done and how much it cost I would appreciate it!

Love the pulse....congrats! I am very envious of how you guys in cali can "first start" your cars with cold blooded webers and have them idle right off the bat. Over here we would be messing with the gas pedal for a couple of minutes before the engine will idle on its own lol.

Thanks, it took years and years of tunning Webers in order to get proficient. I tried Holleys and NO THANKS. Weber is hands down a better carb. Get yourself a good AFR gauge and even Egt and have at it.

Congrats on the first start up, I also prefer webers over holleys myself BUT I have seen the east coast guys run incredible times with holleys.

I first witness this back in 96 when I seen a 12A starlet with a holley (toyota rearend) with a rx4 tranny running high 11s every pass at bakersfield ca
