Talking Price for a 20b?

What's a fair price for a running 20b 3 rotor engine? Everything works, it has under 40,000 miles since it's last rebuild. What's a fair price to pay?

Thanks,

You should post this in the 20B forum. but, yeah, expect to pay between $3500-$4200 for a long block.
