possibly selling RX2
Well as much as I hate to say it, I am thinking about selling my yellow 74 RX2. I am not that desperate, but if there is anyone who really wants it, then I am going to let it go. I will also post this in the car for sale, but wanted you guys to see it first.
Yellow 74 RX-2 (168k miles on chasis)
13b streetport(engine has 40k miles on it)
Weber 51 IDA carb (probably a little too big but I had bought this as the centerpiece for an upcoming blowthrough turbo setup... carb cost me 800).
Have a jetted mikuni that works well too
Holley fuel pump
Koni struts and springs in the rear (previous owner had the car setup for drag).
Runs very nicely.
New calipers and race pads on the front, new shoes on the back drums.
The Condition:
A few areas of surface rust bubbles on lower panels and rear window... all of them easily repairable. Other than that, paint is not too bad at all. No bumpers on car although I have both the original big bumpers and pre 74 small bumpers but none are on that moment. The interior: Two cobra racing seats that the fabric is coming off of. Both seats have 4 point harnesses installed on them. The headliner is perfect. the dash is what a usual 74 dash would look like, cracked in places but no awful. The top of the back seats are cracked, but I have a perfect condition back seat sitting around that I never put in as well. Large Tach on steering wheel column, turbo2 wheel.
Things it needs in the future: two new front tires, struts and springs on the front, possibly other things depending on what you want to do with the car. I would like to get maybe 3900 for it. E-mail or pm me.

yeah I think I could get close to 3 on ebay, but I really want this to go to an enthusiast and not some idiot who doesn't know what he has. I paid 2800 for it 5 years ago with no mods and stock 12a (with coolant seals bad). So I would like to get something in that ballpark now.
Wish I had the $$. I'd buy it for my girlfriend!
