Poor Repu

I just recently saw this Repu in front of a house just a few miles down the road from where I live. I had to stop obviously and ask some questions. It turns out it was a two owner car and belonged to the landlord of the property. Its a 74 and hasnt been registered since 1984. The body is really straight but I had some rust concerns that we will get to later. It turns out the landlords dad had purchased if for him back when it was almost new and he used it in high school and college. So we struck up a deal and I had it towed to my house last night. Unfortunately, one of the windows was left cracked for 22 years and with the carpet getting wet every time it rains. The floor pan is about the worst I think I have ever seen. No cancer around the windows, have some exploring to do on the bed. No rust under the chrome trim on the hood. Give I have never dealt with rust like this as most of the cars all all generally rust free. If the rest is fine, should I just have a Courier pan cut out. Also I have two parts trucks in So-Cal that could be a donor. they had a few minor spots. But nothing like this.

Thanks
Shaun

Given the holes in the floor, it would be a zero emissions if I went flintstone power.
