Curtus Wright (aircraft manufacturer) made them and supplied the one for the Mustang mentioned above. Lauda (Russian) made them. GM invested heavily into the Rotary. Toyota apparently made a very good rotary engine, but couldn't sell it because it infringed on certain patents it didn't have the rights to. Mercedes had a free license from NSU and did some pretty substatial development and created a few incredible prototypes. There were lots of rotary license holders (pretty much every company out there), but many of them didn't do much with their licenses.

If you want to know more about who is who on the rotary market: www.der-wankelmotor.de
It's a German site, but you'll be abl to find a lot of info and pics on the different cars/bikes/boats etc using Wankel engines.
For your info: NSU made the first production car, the Wankelspider. Mazda had the first 2 rotor production car ready (Cosmo 110) but officially the NSU Ro80 is the first 2 rotor production car, as Mazda had to keep their car on hold, due to license reasons.
The Citroën M35 was a prototype for their later Wankel-powered car: the GS Birotor. The Birotor used the same engine as the Ro80, build by "Comotor", which was a joint-venture between NSU and Citroën.
Mercedes-Benz never produced Wankel-powered cars, but had some really awesome cars build. The C111 was on display last year (Wankeltreffen Lahr, 100 years Felix Wankel) and it still looks awesome.
Others include DDR (eastern Germany) companies, who wanted to use a rotary in their new Trabants. Because of the fall of the Berlin wall, and resulting political reforms, the new Trabant was never build.
I believe you can find about any Wankelpowered car on the site I mentioned, just have a look!
