Which old rotary?

I'm doing a project car this summer and can't decide between the rx-2 and rx-x and i've even considered the rx-4. What advantages do these cars have over each other? which is lightest and if anyone knows the curb wieght of all three i'd be interested. I plan on putting a streetported 13b in it

RX-3 is the lightest. RX-2 has coilover rears, while 3 and 4 use leaf springs. RX-4 was the only one available with a stock 13B.

Oh, and RX-2s look the coolest, but I'm biased.

i'm partial to the rx3. the rx4 is the heavier one. with slight modification to the front mount, a 13b can be used in the rx2 and 3. i have a sp 13b from a '74 rx4 in my 3.

i would give body parts to own a genuine rx3 wagon!!

almost everyone seems to prefer the rx3 (in aus there are street legal rx3s running 9s 1/4 miles!!) me personally id go for an rx2 coupe

theres about 100kgs difrence between the rx3 and rx2 coupes (the 3 being lightest) not alot really

I ran across an old guy the other day that has an all original (1 owner) '74 RX-4 wagon with 10K original miles on it. He wants $5000 for it though, and it's an auto so I think he'll be trying to sell that for awhile.. but you never know.
