need info for Starlet project

The starlet came with "cable" to operate the clutch slave. For conversion to "hydraulic" system, I'm looking for a "how-to" and pix as well.

thanks

lemme re-phrase that. the starlet's clutch master is located inside the driver's side wheel well and it is not accessible thru the engine bay.

you need to swap the RX7 master, pedals, line and cut a hole in the firewall for the linkage, depending on how, were and what kind of RX7 pedals you use,you need to bend them to the right cuase they will hit the tranny tunnel, people will tell you to cut the the floor but dont do it,if you use the right combination of parts you can do it with just banging the floor, firewall a little bit, shifter position can be adjusted by changing the tranny tailshaft(some old school guys down in PR move the shifter forward in the actual tranny)let me take a look at mine and i get back to you,I dont have a camera if not i will post pictures for you.

Below an early 80s Corolla Clutch MC / pedal was used on this starlet:

Another option... I don't know what MC was used but this MC setup is under the dash on the passenger side operated by the starlets clutch cable.

Video link showing it working:

As long as the engine and ECU from a later model car and includes all emissions equipment, it would be a legal swap....from what I've heard anyway.

How is this project coming along ? I need some advices on how to install the fans with the radiator.

I am having a hard time on which fan I need to use in my 12a starlet swap. I am using the 13b NA tranny and there is practically no space left to play with the radiator and the fan(s).
