So much welding, so much grinding. Glad I'm not back into that for a while...

Run the sanding disc briefly over the entire patch panel before taking pictures. Shows up in the camera so much better.

THANKS for the tip. I always go back to your videos. Is only reason I was able to get this project rolling. It's been about 3 months I don't touch it. I been buying more tools and still need to buy a band saw to make it easier im taking way to long fabricating small pieces with cut off wheel, grinder, dremmel, cutting snips wow . plus been busy with other projects and my brothers cars always needing something done. Now I just purchased a 1st Gen Turbo from my couisn he sold it to me cheap so he can focus on his RX2 . So now I got that going and doing some Small upgrades On my RX8 thats taking my money to buy more tools . But i may start in August again when wife starts 1st shift again , That will make it easier for me to focus on car instead of kids a few days out of the week.

The worst part for me is the front end I think once i get that done everything will go smoothly.

I been so busy and with family and other projects and work I didn't have time to work on my Project . Well my son is now 15 and he been working and doing good in sport and wanting a car next year I gave him a choice . Work on my Rx-3 and once he is done with my Rx-3 project and helping me I'll give him the Rx-8 . Well then he ask me how much he will need to give me .? He knows I don't give **** away he works I he gets and he knows I'm a business man so he knows I'm not lying so this project is moving along while I work on my rx-7 . Some recent pictures .

Coming along nicely. Rust repair is the worst part. But when it's done, the actual fun starts.

Ps. Get a cheap harbor freight band saw. They are always on sale for $200. Just put a good blade on it and it will do nicely for your intended purposes. You'll save hours on metal cutting. Plus, no sparks, loud cut off wheel, annoying compressor, ect.
