Thanks I just got it a few week ago. Am gonna start sanding her down soon. Gonna drop a 12A turbo in her. Don't know what color yet to paint her though.

She not as bad as she look. All the rust u see is on the surface. The guy that owned her before me had her sanded down, but left out one nite when iit rain.

trying to find replacement parts is a pain in the *** i don't know if you guys have oreileys auto parts up there but they seem to cary more of the bushings and tie rods then anyone else for a reasonable price.

Sweet find, what year is it, a 71? have you thought of keeping it the original Color? its a real nice color for that car. Good luck with the build and please do keep us updated.

Yeah it's a 71. I was thinking like a brandywine kandy for the color not sure yet.

Go the stock color mate dont do what my countrymen do and screw with the O.G style save the candy paint for Impala drivers. You got the 71 hood which is a huge bonus. good luck and keep us all posted. I am putting my 71 coupe back together right now

Yeah, what Ozzy said, keep the original color, that color is awesome!! That way if the jam paint is still ok, you don't have to paint them, just give it a good polishing

Question guys. I was under the car a few nite ago and I saw that the fuel tank was rusted out in a corner. Does a rx7 fue tank fit? If not what r my option? Thanks

i dont think so my sugestion would be is buy a fuel cell from like summit or something on thats elongated i think its like 8x12x24 it should fit and be just as cheap.

update..... Man it been a while since i have updated this thread so here we go... Car has gotten alot of minor body work. Meaning very light body filler to fill in small dents. Still undecided on color but when she is in primer i will decided. Motor I am going to run is a 13b turbo 2 with a jaytech holley intake and turbo 2 tranny. Here are some pic... enjoy
