nice build. really nice.

hope you don't go modifying the guards, just find some wheels with the right offset and you should be able to drop it an inch or two without scrubbing.

would love to get your opinion on the 6 speed once you've pedaled the car around a bit.

heard they're not the strongest rotary gearbox but it should do the job behind an extend port.

hey Thanks Smokie!!

Hey Tiny, I am gonna do everything possible to not modify the fenders... I have a few ideas left to try... I know that the 6speeds arent know for being super strong but I think it will hold up fine in my application... I will let you know... Thanks for your interest

update(finally)

Ok, I have had some play time in the garage. I thought i would bring this thread up to date. I got tired of the wiring troubles so i removed ALL the factory wiring harness and have began a total rewire... I choose a harness from Rebel wiring and, so far, pretty impressed with it. I am about halfway thru installing it now... I wanna thank TurboDave for his "tricks" and help with the harness install. Since i had to somewhat tear the car back apart for the harness install, i did make some changes... hope you guys like them

Its never ending...just dont get another old school rx project as if you do an upgrade on one, you will end up doing the same to the other. I learned it the hard way, not cheap.
