Finally mocked up the rest of the exhaust , here it is .The only thing I have been questioning is : should i put a flex joint between the header and the exhaust , any comments are appreciated

I agree about not using a flex section. RB doesn't do it; I don't do it. You might notice on a full length exhaust, there is plenty of flex. The tail pipe can "wag" if not properly supported.

Ah, your over-axle section reminds me of the GLC, which is based on the RX-3. Not a lot of room back there.

I thought so too! Figured the exhaust would be mild steel. Turned out to be SS. I ordered my compete kit from Racing beat. No SS manifold, They had none in stock.. no biggie. Manifold 2-1 into a pre-silencer all the way back to the muffler. Stretched the manifold out to 2.5 inches to fit a SS flange with 2.5 inch tubing.
The PR extreme muffler is amazing. All SS and Sounds as good as it looks. Amazing flow and performance with good idle tone and not too much louder over stock. Unless you go WOT, Then it really screams.

I didn't use a flex joint either, it'd just cook and add weight Stock mounts and hangers on mine, no issues and is solidly attached yet can move freely with engine play.
I'll post some pics of mind in here when I get the chance.

Car Looks amazing BTW
