Looking for old school RX and REPU pics for my website!
@paps wow coming from you warms my heart you have one of if not the best Repu around. Every time I see it I wish I kept my white Repu and did the opposite color scheme of mine white with blue stripes can't keep them all I guess...

Looking good! Yeah, still looking for a Cosmo picture. Just make sure your shutter speed is right so the road and background are blurred. You can see examples of what I'm going for on my website www.j-auto.net. I'm just trying to keep the vehicle images consistent. Doesn't have to be artsy fartsy or anything like that
Custom built convertible
Don't know if you want any custom made stuff, but here is a photo of my 1984 RX-7, which I made into a convertible in 1990. I used the rear quarter panels, trunk lid, tail lights, and bumpers from an RX-2 that was being scrapped, to give it an Italian look. At least the rear half is old school.
A lot of people on here may not know that the RX-2 was designed by Bertone. If you don't know who that is, you should read more!

That looks cool! I'm a big fan of round tail lights and that looks great. Definitely gives the car a European feel to it. Thats a little too wild for what I'm looking for as most people won't initially identify what car that is and possibly mistake it for a British roadster. Thanks for sharing that picture though. It's the first time I've seen your car in the 13 or so years I've been on the forum

More photos on my Cardomain page - read my previous post more carefully.
Can't find the specific reference to the RX-2, but Bertone designed a number of early mazdas. This ended with the in-house design of the RX-3, which some of us think was very uninspired.
