How to remove a RX-2 valence without destryoing it?

Guys,
I have a guy with a parts RX-2 that willing to sell the front lower valence and turn signals to my sad, illegal little RX-2 (no turn signals). He suggested torching it out (NO!!!) but I recall seeing pictures of tabs along the top where it can be removed. If needed, it sounds like he's willing to torch the front quarters to get it out, but I'd rather be able to tell him how it comes out.
How would you explain to someone else how to get a valence and turn signals off a) without damage and b) including the nuts and bolts necessary to make it work on a 74 car? If you've been through it before, please fill me in.

There are two bolts on each side of the lower portion where it attaches to the fender and there are some bolts (12mm I think) that attach below the headlights and on the sides of the radiator space, I'm pretty sure there are two or three per side. I just put my whole car back together again so its pretty fresh in my mind.

Okay, quick question. The guy's got the valence off and sent me pics - everything looks good. The problem is that I'm not sure that I've got everything I need to install it. Where do the turn signals mount (I've never had any on my car). The guy is sending his valence panel, both signals, and any hardware to retain them, but I'm not sure I have the holes in the right places on my car to install it. Do the turn signals mount to the valence, fender, grill, frame, or all of the above? Also, I have the square 4-conductor plugs hanging off the front of my frame, which I assume are for the turn signals. Any idea if they should work off the bat? Any chance someone might be willing to send me some informative pics for the sake of getting another deuce on the road?

The turn signals mount directly to the valence. As far as the wiring goes, just test the wires you have the with a 12v test light. Have someone turn the lights on while you test the wires, if it get power when the lights are turned on then your good. Also, have them turn the signal on and see if the light flashes for the turn signal. If it doesn't work then just splice into another source( side markers )and wire it up. EASY. =)
