Damn that sucks! I can't believe none of your neighbors saw anything. Keep an eye out on the recycler/craigslist just incase those Aholes decide to sell off some stuff.

im in temple city and im all over the place so i will keep a sharp eye out as every day i traverse my *** to pcc and then out to burbank to drop my buddy off and back again. Ill be lookin for those ******* and if i find em what do you want me to do to em?

My buddys dad had some of his collection stolen b4, hes got an rx3 and an rx7 right now but he used to have 2 rx2's as well and both were stolen after he took them to a car show. The guys that did it were *edit* they were lookin at all the rotarys and my buddys dad caught em taken down license plate numbers and vins if they werent covered up. I guess they had a connect at the dmv, got his adress via the license plate number or vin or both, came ripped his garage door off with a truck while they had him and his family at gunpoint and took his ****.

He went with me to jccs the 2nd year which i believe was 2006 and he saw those guys there and said **** this and immiediately turned the rx3 he was driving around and went home, i still showed my car but he told me make sure my **** was covered up and to watch it real close for the next couple of months

^^ thats a big reason i tape off all the identifying numbers when i go to car shows, the plates come off and eletrical tape over the vin numbers.

I hope you reported it, that way if anyone wants to get a title, they'll have to report the VIN, then you've got em.

It's sad to say but most likely what will happen is the cars will be stripped down for parts and the shell will pop up somewhere deserted. I have heard of several cases of this happening. But I hope the owner gets them back in one piece.

Yo... slow your roll here... insinuating that the xxx boys had anything to do with this, or your buddies dad's deal is bogus. They may not look or act like you, or their rides may not be to your taste, but an accusation like that is crap. I, as well as many others on this forum, have known most of the RP boys for years, and I highly doubt any of them would resort to HOME INVASION ARMED ROBBERY!!!

Why if he saw the guys at JCCS in '06 didn't he call the cops immediately and report them as the criminals who held him and his family at gunpoint while jacking his stuff?!?!

To let you know the xx club has been displaying and participating with the So-Cal RX Club for years at the different events, including SevenStock, and no one has ever said anything like this...

BTW, more than a few of the guys are forum members here.

It does suck to hear of this BS, and I do hope they catch the people responsible!

i didnt say it was xxx, i just said what their cars look like if its someone from xxx i dont know, im not trying to say that. All i am trying to say is that sucks something similar happend to my friends dad at a car show and he saw a few of the guys when we went to jccs. I dont understand how me saying that he saw the guys at a car show insinuates that it is xxx... maybe you need to read more carefully and try not to put words into my mouth. I wouldnt go off accusing people of something like that without knowing if they did it...

Sounds like maybe you know a little more than your letting on anyways if you somehow pulled xxx out of my post.

Take your pick *******. Either way, you insulted everyone in the old school row including me. I was gonna let you slide but you kept on covering BS with another BS. I dont know who you are but I will tell you right now to stop while you can. As Rick said, its a small rotary world.

Lemme give you a reality check. When you enter a carshow, a number is given to you and that number is displayed in your dash along with the specs of your vehicle. Without looking at the sheet, you may not get a vote. So whoever told you about DMV stuff is bullshit and dont know ****. So Mr. Internet Homeboy, be sure to have all the facts.

i find it very odd that all of those cars were stolen is the guy sure they weren't re-pod for unpaid bills or taxes? if it wasn't a repo it sounds like someone did it for revenge or something cause no offence but why would someone steal 2 classics and then steal 4 other cars that are worth a fraction of the other 2 and aren't exactly high theft rate vehicles...if it was professional's they wouldn't of taken the other 4..id say its someone who knows you pretty well

Well, just as an FYI, xxxx are the first and only RX group in So-Cal who roll their ride's on what you called, huge useless bling wheels. So this was an easy deduction... the CHOLO comment has been used of them from the uniformed in the past too... so this was another point to insinuate xxxxx. You didn't actually say it, but most in L.A. RX scene knew who you meant...

maybe you need to know what you're saying before you go off and make comments like you did. SEE POINTS ABOVE. If you knew the scene in LA, you would've known that ONLY xxxx fit your description. It sucks that this happened, but I doubt the car show had anything to do with what happened to your friend's dad's cars. SEE WACKYRACER's comments.

Again, you're showing major ignorance here... do you know who I am? If I knew who had done the armned robbery of any RX vehicle in So-Cal, I would be the first to report it, regardless of WHO did it!! You are just showing that you really don't understand who and what the LA RX scene is all about. Are there bad apples here,YES, but make sure you understand what your saying before you just go off posting ignorant comments, just like this one here.

BTW, the only reason I posted was because a few of the main guys from xxxx called me feeling very insulted about the insinuation. I wanted to clear the air... because the way you described the cars and people, everyone that does not know xxxxx would fear hanging out with the xxxx boys in the future for no good reason!!

look guys i wasnt trying to point anyone out im new in the rx scene and i dont know that theres only one group of people that rolls on that stuff i just know what i saw, i know that they dont put vin number on your entry sheet i have been in car shows before, and its not all that hard to reach in the window when no one is looking and move the sheet over from covering the vin ok. I wasnt trying to accuse anyone here but when you get all crazy on me for just telling what happend to my friends father and when i say what they looked like you get all crazy what am i supposed to think.

So i suggest both you an wacky slow down a little bit i am not trying to accuse anyone of anything you guys where the ones who brought that up. I just sympathized with the original poster because something really fucked like that happened to my friends dad. If you want to jump to conclusions and say that i am talking about people and a club i had no idea existed that is fine and i just wont say anymore. All i know is i saw what i saw, its not hard to take someones lp number and find out all their info, such as adress and whatnot. You can do the same thing with the vin by finding out who the car is registered to and where.

I would appreciate it if you could apologize to the people who called you for me. I was not trying to point any specific group or person out. I only know what i saw i dont know if they were in a club or some follower who thought the club you are talking about was cool and did a car like them. I really dont know man. I just know what happened in my situation. Maybe i should have put a disclaimer like they do with movies saying how anything that seems similar to something or somebody you know is complete coincidence...

If you guys want to read a bunch of stuff into what i said and assume i was talking about someone from your club or your boys club go ahead i cant really stop you, all i can say is that was not the intent of the post.

It was not posted to inflame an argument, hurt anyones feelings, or make anyone feel singled out. It was an empathy post someone had his cars stolen, my friends father somewhat recently had his stolen and sometimes it makes people feel a little better when they know they are not the only ones. It makes them feel like they werent singled out.

If i offended anyone i am sorry but i was not trying to single out any one group or club i merely just pointed out what my friends father told me the people that robbed him looked like. If it matches anyones description on here ignore it i am not trying to single you or anyone out.

Also bern i am sorry for saying it seemed like you knew more than you were letting on, i was more joking than serious at the time i thought it was kinda funny how you jumped on me and it was meant to be more sarcastic than anything else but i think we all know that sarcasm does not normally travel very well through typing and the internet.
