Has anyone bought a vintage car with a swapped engine an imported it to the USA?
I have sold my 1971 R100 with a 12a engine (half bridge-port semi PP) and the EPA form needed to import the car to the buyer says that any vehicle over 21 years old must be in original condition, no engine swaps allowed.
WTF is with that!?!?
Do I have to sell him a rolling chassis, then ship the engine on a crate?
Please help!

I finally got it sorted out!
I need to employ a US broker to do all the paperwork, or the buyer has to come into Canada and physically import the car himself.
