GLC rotary swap

one of my good friends might be getting an old rwd glc as his first car, and I was wondering about the rotary swap capabilities of the car. How easy would it be?

Ok, I know that rotarys are our focus; but, I have a header, Offenhouser intake and Weber for a GLC. If you are interested in the pistion engine it came with.

Slim chance the GLC parts are still lying around?
