fuel pressure regulator

What types of fuel pressure regulators are you guys using?? I have a holley, and it's not staying at the psi that I set it to. My coworker told me that it's a bad regulator. Now I'm considering buying a new one, so can you guys give me some suggestions?? I'm using a holley blue top fuel pump. thanks

Are you sure your fuel pump is not going bad ? Is your PSI fluctuating or is the psi gradually creeping up or down out of adjustment?

Regulator

It actually fluctuates. I had it set at 5 1/2 one day, and the next day when I turned the car on it was down to 1 psi. Last night when I started the car it went up to 3 psi??? I haven't made any adjustments or anything. I just bought the fuel pump not too long ago also.
