FlexForm Spring Problems

Wanted to let everyone know what poor quality the FlexForm composite springs I received for my RX3 are. I actually had purchased them last year but just couldn't get to the project till now. I actually was ready to start fab when I realized they put the eyelets on the wrong sided compared to the axle pin locator. So I heated up the eyelet to release the cement that was holding the eyelets on and found the following. Obviously i started removing more paint as I became more concerned with all the filling work they had done to cover all the voids in the springs. I have since prepped all the area's that have been Bondo'ed and have filled with a reinforced resin. Have not decided yet whether I will still use the springs. Had sent a message to FlexForm earlier with pictures of what I found and have yet to receive anything back from them.

I did get a response finally from them. They basically said yeah we fill the voids but they should be good. Sorry but with as much missing material as there was at the spring eye I have a hard time believing filler is an adequate choice of reinforcement.
