Engine wen in withou a hitch and almost in stock position. so the shifter is not to far back or to far forward. We can still use the fc koyo radiator we bought and make new end tanks. The turbo mani clears just by an inch even less. Looks good if i don't say so myself

That motor has been in 2 cars, and hasn't run yet. By the way I am not hating...facts are facts....till then

its been in three cars a 1986 starlet, a turbo fc and now it's final resting home the datsun. The motor came from unfinished starlet that we bought from a local shop here in san diego he did a hack job there was no saving that car to much mody work and to much was cut out so we trashed the car.

The fc was a freebie one of our close friends gave it to us out of his heart. we took the offer and couldn't pass that **** up, but we were always on the hunt for somethin smaller, lighter, and SMOG EXEMPT. Do you blame us, nah i didn't think so. We picked up the datsun 1200 turbo delux from a person here in san diego that was selling the car on craigs list. We shot a price out he bit we came through done deal.

Haterz will be haterz but it does not faze me one bit. I guess you just have to love rotaries to go through a couple to finally find the one he/she want to stay with in the end. and in the end this was one of the cars we were keeping our eyes peeled for.

since we have moved to the new house in the last month there is no access to wire up the welder. We have to call an electrician in to the job. thats why we haven't posted up any new pics

 

Okay guys yesterday we traded out brand new dual ball bearing t76 turbonetic turbo for the borg warner s475 let the pics speak for them self. Thanks 13b-rx3 for the help
