Chiquito is dead.......

Finally got it back. I painted it the same color as my other 85 FB and bubble flares from a VW cabriolet. Chiquito is dead.......long-live smurfette

Sweet. From the thread tittle I thought you blew something up, or had a wreck that is coming in waves in the 1st gen section. Very nice color choice and subtle body mods.

As a side note, I haven't had time to get a pulley coated and sent off. Looks like next week.

Is that Tender Blue or one of the other factory first gen blues or something entirely different? Car looks absolutely amazing. I've always dreamed about owning an RX-3 with flares and that chin spoiler....

Its the 85 tender blue. Very simple and not too flashy as my older chiquita banana yellow. I will give it 2 weeks for paint to completely cure, then i will work on it. So for now, its garaged wtih blanket. Now got to switch lips in the epsilons as I would need at least an 8.5" width.

PS:
trochoid,
no worries on the pulley. just send me the envelope/stamp with blubble wrap inside.

Whats the offset I can tell you if you gonna need a wider wheels. I just installed my 8" with a -14 offset and its sticking out about an inch or less on the rear fender. I havent tried the front yet.
