carb conversion help

when putting a holley carb and lower intake on my 87 rx7 do i need to do anything else like change the disributer coils ex

the ecu controls fuel and ignition. i don't know how it's going to act only controlling ignition. u may have to convert to a distributor. i'm sure 2nd gen owner can be of more help, i'm just guessing here.
