Bascially it will be a custom e-shaft and many other custom parts added to your stash 'o 12A parts...mostly OZ or NZ made products...I'd try kiwi-re.com for some info.

just like Jaime Enriquez said, you will need some custom parts like the e-shaft and the fat iron in the middle.

Hitman in Oz and a few others don't use a fat center housing...how, I'm not sure.

to build a 12a 3 rotor you will need (as stated before) a custom e-shaft and you will use 2 center plates... one of the cener plates needs to be modified by a machinest to accomodate a staionary gear... other then that you will need a custom oil pan, custom intake manifold and custom exhaust manifold... those are the basics

You could try Autotech, but they been working on the prototypes for what seems like years. I call them one day and told me to look to the website for updates.

It's going to cost you more to make a 3 rotor from 12a parts, just buy a 20b.
