Are you converting to 5lug.I actually bought a set of 16" bbs rs that are 5lug and going to run the aerospace big brake kit up front and mustang 8.8 rear end.might do 16x8.5 rear and 16x7.5 front.

Yeah, I'm using FB strut/spindles up front with Re-Speeds lower control arm with the Miata balljoint, then I have the 5 lug spacer, FC 5 bolt front hubs, FC 4 pot caliper bracket, Re-speed's weld on "race" coilover kit and upper camber plates.

My rear I'm getting adapter spacers from 4x110 --> 5x114.3 by 20mm thick to make my 9.5" rims fit out back.

Depends on your BBS offsets, those rims you have should fit no problem.

I got the wheels for free of a friend, they are 16x7 with 30 offset.but I am going to buy bigger barrels to make them wider.good thing is they are 3 piece and can be made to how I want them.here is a pic of them when i picked them up.

Hmmm +30 is a high offset.

My 16x8's are a +6 offset and my 9.5" rears are a +30 (I'll have to confirm the rear offset.)

Yeah for front is high but when using the big brake kit from aerospace the caliper has a 1/2" overhang from the hub.so they provide the 1" spacer so the wheels can clear.once the brakes are installed I can determine which inner or outer barrels I will need.for the rear I think I can change the outer barrel and it will be ok.

You will have to trim the bottom of the front fenders where they meet the apron! Mine is a the one pictured in the JNC site it has 16x7 rear and 15x7 front. Rear is no problem with 205/40r16 I just didn't want to radius my fenders down front. Even with 15x7 195/45r15 my tires are may 2mm away from clipping! Good luck mate

Yea I know what you mean, I just mounted 195/50/16 on the 8" rims up front and they rub on the front fenders/apron.
Guess I'll be doing a little bit of cutting.

Planning on running 225/45/16 on the 9.5" rear. Also going to need to do some fender rolling.

So i decided to use my 616 axle housing, have GSL-SE bearing cups welded on and shorten a pair of Moser 5 bolt axles to fit the 616 diff.
