That car came from Durham North Carolina.... I have seen it in person and it is very Nice. The guy who bought it new passed away and his daughter was selling it... I should have bought it!! I believe it was purchased by a member of the forum Diegorx3. It was then sold to someone in PR so not sure why they still call it a 1 owner car

It's only a 100k$ rx2 if it sells I could ask a million for my FD and become notorious very quickly

However, your point is well taken, and I agree. EXTREMELY clean RX-3!!

definitely clean and very well kept but i think $35k is a little too steep for an 80k mile original car. i bet he could get $25k with a little patience.

Again, everyone saying its not worth asking price has NOT seen it in person, nor has the money to pay for it. You guys are forgetting that Rx3's in PR are like Camaros here in USA. They are worth crazy amounts. This one has everything! all papers, all tools, and even the roll of toilet paper it came with. Show me another one like this!

They litterally aren't that far appart price wise in that market. Have any more pictures of it when it was in your hands?

From my experience, in PR the people with money will always pay more for a car that has not been on the island before. We call this cars; PR Virgins. This blue rx3 was one, so we got a great value on it along with a great buyer.

Sure go on clasificados, you will see that yellow Idaho Rx3 for 12k. All you get is 1 picture and no more info. Car been for sale for last 3-4 years, has been dropped like 50% of asking price.

I am going by all our experience dealing with people in PR. I can say that we have bought and sold more old japanese classics than anyone on here, and 50% or more have gone to PR. Maybe we are just lucky and have had great customers, but most of it is in the contacts you have.

Aha I did misunderstand. I thought you were coming from the point that in PR classic Japanese cars are valued by the people more than here in the states. In the sense that overthere you can see a Japanese classic car fetch high numbers that you wouldn't see in the states, and at the same time you can see classic American cars go for numbers much lower in PR than you would see in the states for the same car.
