303 wankel engine build

Hello everyone, just join up on this site to show some of my sachs engine projects and maybe get some help and advice on these engines.
I was lucky to get some brand new sachs 303 engine parts, so will start collecting more parts to build the sachs 303 engine.
I'm having problems with attachments, get to 90% and stops ?

Been patiently waiting for parts to arrive from overseas, these parts arrive today from Dart motor sport in the UK. they fit the sachs 303 rotor. I notice the corner springs are a heavier gauge spring and only one spring for each corner of the rotor. With the sachs engines they use a lighter gauge springs and two springs for each corner of the rotor the convex sides must be touching to ensure maximum spring compression. I have save well over $200 from buying from Dart motor sport compared to the Us seller

I have started a pre assembly on the engine, machine up some alignment dowel tubes and clean up the eccentric shaft.

Got some more work done on the engine, fitted all the seals on the rotor and assemble the engine. All good no issues, rebuilt the magneto unit with new parts and assembled.

What are your plans with this motor or you just building it for the fun of it?

Damn that is super cool. I've been wanting to do either a 303 based bike build or a 1 rotor build for Locost 7 (Lotus Super 7 Replica).

I've been tossing around the idea of a 1 Rotor Turbo set up for my Rx2...
