Short, but neat to see that it's getting some mainstream coverage:

I got that edition. Pretty neat to see that, too bad they didn't actually put the cars that people are actually looking for. (IE Rx3s and Mangos) And when has some1 bought a Cosmo Sport for 18k?? Really?? I don't think that price is accurate unless some1 got a hell of a deal that time.

Actually there have been Cosmos sold in Japan at that price. However they are more used car quality. I have tracked a few because I want one. the lowest price I have seen is 12k but to make me happy it would have taken another 15 or 20 k to make the car right and that is only if I can find the parts. It is more common to find the price around the 30k mark.

The other piece in the article it says 1600 made...... boy I wish 1600 had been made the truer number with all the prototypes is closer to 400 made

IN japan like you said lol I dont think that counts as a USA market at all. Add all the cost of shipping and value here in USA and, that beat up 110s still be around 20k+ like that around here. (at least thats what i would pay along with a few other collectors)

There was one in Washington for sale last year for around 36k and one in Japan on ebay for same price. Unfortunately the one here in USA was either taken down or sold pretty darn fast. I didn't even have enough time to look into it too much before it was off line.
