13b into rx2

Hi guys I've got a 1974 rx2 capella that has been mod plated to have a 12a turbo engine in it.

It currently has a standard 13b engine in it and I want to go turbo.

My question is am I better off selling the 13b and buying a stock 12a and put a turbo on it only be running 10 psi boost?

Or

Put a turbo on the 13b I've got in it now and only run 10 psi boost, will a engineer pass a rx2 with a 13b turbo in it?

If the 13B is a 4 port then it would be much easier gong that route. All early, pre-1984, 13Bs are 4 port.

I see your from Australia. There are several Australia RX7 forums that could answer the question about an engineer passing a RX2 with a 13b turbo.
