13b 4 port Intake Question

Quick question, can I bolt a 13b 4 port intake onto a 12a twin dizzy block? Don't have the stock intake for the 12a and was hoping my 13b 4 port with a hitchi would work. I believe the 12a is a 4 port also, racing beat's intake seems to be interchangable.

Thanks

Nope. The ports won't line up. The 12a rotor housings are thinner and makes the block shorter than the 13B. I've seen adapters going from one to the other though.

Sorry to bear the bad news. I could be wrong, too. It happens often.

Thanks for the info! I did not even think about the thickness of the housing, it makes sense.

Almost forgot.

You can't even use the manifold from a normal 12a. The twin diz 12a's have a different bold pattern if I remember correctly.

I have a twin diz manifold that is all blanked off. It had a Nikki on it. Let me know if you want me to dig it out. I don't plan on going back to twin 12a... that's for sure.
