I just picked up a 13b re with engine harness and moded ecu. where can I find a wiring diagram for this and is there a way to tell what mods were done it was done by aremenia

 

re's web site shows the different mod packages and from the label that they put on the
case of the computer you should be able to tell what has been done, unless it was
a custom order then there is no way to tell.
as for figuring out the wiring have fun its not easy.

is there a place to get a service manual it does have a bunh of stickers and when I took of the cover 2 of the chips inside had redom stickers on them

 

yes you can order the service manual from mazda
as for the redom do a translate on the re site and search for the packages they sell.
