it needs some tlc. it has good mileage, but it hasnt been driven that often because of it. yea there is more than enough power already. just loose ends to tie up thats it. thanks for all the positive comments though guys!

no i dont mind at all. you know those amazing deals that you always hear OTHER people telling you they found. thats pretty much what happened to me FINALLY. after registration and taxes is was around 7200 rounding up. the guy was heavily involved w/ other projects. like his old audi quattro turbo. dont know the body style code, but it was from the rallying days. so he ran outa money for it, and had to get rid of the 944. well that was his reason anyway.

That aside, the 944 is pretty cool looking [though I prefer an FC's shape/s ^_- What can I say, I'm loyal..]
Those wheels are pretty good on it, but I think the oval wheels are a little bit better [probably smaller though]
How much power does it put out? Is the insurance killer on it?
Pretty good man ^_^

944 FTMFW! Have you seen the red one around here. It's the most beautiful thing ever seen.
This one is sick except for the V8

yea the sex on wheels is an on going joke with friends sorry about that. well the powersteering needs to be replaced do to a bolt that sheered off in the pump. intercooler hard pipe has a small crack. need to get some stock rims that dont require spacers.
everything that is done to it-
new timing belt, new waterpump and belt, new injectors and o-rings, new k26/8(turbo from the 3.0L 944T S2) turbo rebuilt by turbonetics, aftermarket wastegate welded on, manual Boost controller(capped at 12 psi), some random company boost gauge, Porsche 993 cup rims (17x8 and 17x9), newer Porsche bucket seats(haven't figured from which on yet), Lindsey Racing chipset. so not to many aftermarket parts. just a 60xxx tune up.
as for speed. well the clutch is factory, and slips if i go aggressively into boost. its really hard to say right now to be honest. my brothers girlfriend has a sti swapped 2.5 RS that put down 260 to the wheels. its faster than my car, but nothing to really brag about since i have several things to address on my car. i will definitely take it to a dyno when i button everything up.

Anyways that was my $0.02.
I drove around in the Porsche today and it was very plesant compared to my 2.5RS. Much easier to drive and much more 'street-able'. We'll have to trade cars more often once we both get new clutches.

Congrats. Its a very nice looking car and they drive very well.
Fordahl Motorsports can help you out with suspension if you are looking for any of that. You should get it out to the track to really appreciate it.
