WHTIGER / Frank memorial
Well. for all of you that know him, and you that don't. WHTIGER/ Frank was a great guy.
one that loved driving his car probably as much as i did. enjoyed the curves, and just flat out straights.
was just a big kid. he would come to every meet we had if he wasn't working. and he'd also come to the meets after working all night just to hang out and have fun.since he found out about the izzy's meets. he never missed one.
he took a painting class just so he can put some flames on his 8.
looked pretty sweet too. was happy when he had to get new tires on his car, very proud actually. was always willing to give a hand or just some advice.
i feel really proud to have known him for the short time i did. unfortunatly he passed away monday from a heart attack. and his family is having a memorial service and the reception this sunday in tumwater. they feel it would be important for some of us to come. and heck. Frank always said, you can't pass up free food.

Very shocking news, what a huge loss. I had only met him one time at the BBQ this year, but Frank was a very very nice guy, and a easy person to remember because of his great personality. Allan please give my best to his family since I won't be able to attend due to me living so far away. He will be in thoughts.
Frank would love to have a bunch of 7's saying good-bye.

I heard earlier directly from kettlman earlier today. I was calling in hopes of good news from him only to end up hearing sad news. I was very shocked and sad. Prayers go out for his family. The world has lost a great person. He will be greatly missed.

Good lord! man I can not believe this, is like I just talk to him at the last meeting I was when Allen was bolling. Great guy and awsome, I mean I got to really talk to him about his art work and I was trying to come up with some idea for him maybe in the near future to do to my FB. Sad, this is very sad and my prayers go to his family. I will try to make this one on my FB.

The first (and so far only) time I took the drive down to Izzy's, I briefly stopped by his car to check out his car and listen to him describe his new custom paint job. Although I didn't know Frank, his smile and upbeat personality seemed to stand out...and judging from all comments made, his presence will be truly missed by many.

What a kick in the junk to read this. Great guy from what I saw. Seemed like a person full of passion for whatever or whoever he touched. He will be missed! Even though I cannot make it, it doesn't mean that I do not care. I feel for his family, losing a wonderful guy. Rest in peace Frank.

If alot of us show up at the funneral it could possibly help the healing process for his surviving family. I would be great for alot of roter folks showed the family we appreciate whittiger. I will be there for sure. Maybee we could do somthing in honer of him. people put names of important people on there back car window... maybee we could make a whittiger sticker and put it on our glass. He just seemed like the kind of guy that would have been great for the car club. We should at least get hart check ups if we are in that age group at 35 with family history or when recomendid bt our phsician. He may save a few lives just from being a victim.

Unfourtunatly due to circumstances I am unable to attend... i really wish i could have come. I hope you all gave his family a good impression and helped them with what they need. My condolences go out to them. Like what was said only the best die young. Frank was always so full of passion and loved what he did.
