I dunno about a "career" type of job, but Office Max in Totem Lake and Woodinville is hiring. You can see if they need like shift leader/manager type people, the sign wasn't specific as to what positions they were looking for.
you don't happen to speak spanish do you? i'll have to ask for sure, but i think my company is losing our production manager at the end of the month. not sure the qualifications required. i'll look into it.
Dude, I was at Fort Leonard Wood also as an MP!
Just a word of advice though, Ive been reading about creating resumes, and people said that a "summary of qualifications" is a really good thing to have most resumes dont. I added one to mine and got a job the next place I turned it in at. Could be coincidence, but do a search for that, and Im sure youll find what it is. Good luck bro.

Adrian, I offered you this advice before and I'll repeat it again: drop all references to your short military career if you hope to find a decent job. Way too many people in petty little jobs (i.e. human resources) are biased against military service...without even meeting you, they imagine some gung-ho punk with PTSD that might kill them for looking at them wrong, or at best run up their health plan bills with some mysterious sickness from serving wherever. Not saying it's right, but it's the truth. Even with two college degrees with a 3.93 major GPA (3.75 overall) from a state university and years of relavent experience in management positions, I only got one job interview out of 100 resumes sent out. As soon as I took off the part about serving my country, the phone rang off the hook. People don't want to hire heros; they want to hire people like themselves...people who depend on heros to keep them safe but only from a safe distance. Admitting you were in the military makes you vaguely dangerous. And for those few who would actually consider your service a point of strength, they will note that you were only in for one year and discharged for whatever reason (health, right?). That's just probably means you couldn't hack it, in their eyes, and you don't have the ability to counter that knee-jerk judgement in the rigid confines of the resume. People in a position to hire are not usually themselves important; they are just gatekeepers. Give them a reason to see a negative and they will use it against you. What you want is to get in to an interview, where your true nature and personality can convince someone of greater importance and judgement that you would "fit" in their little world. Again, just my $0.02.

If what you say is true, that is incredibly unfortunate.
Then again, I did work in an HR department for a few years (data mining) and I know how twisted some of the HR people can be.

What area are you looking to work in? I work for a great company in the Portland area and they pay pretty well! We have A LOT of jobs in different areas, the most important thing is getting in the door and then they will give you the resources to find a job in the area you are most interested in.

We are currently hiring in a number of areas. If your interested let me know, I can make some calls. Our company does a lot of recruiting from Monster.com as well. A lot of the new hires say they were getting calls in hours after submitting their resumes.
Good luck!

Oh, regarding the message above about military career, I don't agree. I was in GFW1 and it is on my resume, my last interview for a management position they said one of the strongest parts was from my military history. If you get an interview, it is all about the examples you use and how you use them.
When irrational managers get in the way, who knows what counts for you and what against. The two best hires I ever made were veterans. They were far more reliable than than any of my other hires. Best of all they understood when I had to tell them to do it without explaining. They usually wanted to know more at lunch, but the job always got done regardless. When business turns up and I need to add staff, a military background will go a long way.
