Hmmm I would say call around, I don't think it's something you'll find a shop that has had much experience with..... Try Intec Racing in Kent www.intecracing.com, Stage Performance in Kirkland 425 820 2490, and keep poking around, it might be something you could do yourself or find a forum member who has some experience...... Sorry I can't be of much help. Good luck

I would suggest doing it yourself inless money isn't to big of a issue. The only shop i would have do it is grannys speed shop. Give them a call they do TONS of v8 swaps in rx7s. Intec is familiar with hondas, and 86 corollas, and 240's. SO i wouldnt really have them do it. Also carb connection is probably the only shop who would do it around hear, BUT EXPENSIVE. If you don't want to spend a whole lot find someone that has done it. Which v8 you going for? I am currently putting in the ls1 in my rx7 right now, should be done in a few weeks.

I just mention Intec because they do well with rotaries, although YES they are Honda/Nissan specialists.... I have no experience taking my car there, just what I hear from friends who are there ALL the time... Just like to give options.....

Dave Clark Motorsports can take care of all your needs. His shop is in Kent which is just about 15 min south of downtown Seattle. 425 221 2470.
This guy is really talented. He fabs rally cars etc. I have a friend who had him do a wrx 5spd swap into an svx. the worksmanship was fantastic, and really not too expensive for the quality of the work. You get what you pay for (if you are lucky).

John (LT1-7) formerly of PHAMSPEED, now with Ground Zero could do it. Not sure how much he charges for a V8 swap.....He's done two that I know of, his and his brothers, and did my ported 13BREW swap for me.....If your interestedand have the money, PM me and I'll call him.

Heres his Twin Turbo BEAST!! Pics are kinda old, and his welding skills has gotten a lot better. He made the TT kit that the rx7store sold awhile back.

no estimates yet but what year gsxr, i got an 01 750, blue and white, injector timing is off tho, so wheelies are hard to get off unfortunatly, that twin is cool, but weres the radiator, and if its mounted were the intercooler would go, i take it an intercooler is outa the question for the turbos, and have you seen anyone turbo those without cutting that huge peace out? looks kinda gheto

Realize I did my FC swap in my garage in about a week...FC's are easy. FD's with an LS1 are a bit harder, my suggestion is to get the Hinson kit, it might be $$ but custom fabricating is also $$$ unless you do it yourself. with the Hinson K-member it lowers the LS1 just far enough to close the hood, you will want the Hinsons "bump steer" corection kit if you chose to go this way.

Let me know when you do your swap because I have an fc with a lt1 in it and I really need to get ahold of somebody who can get rid of the horrible auto in there and swap it out for a t56. If anybody has any suggestions on the easiest place to get a t56, and someone to help me out with the swap localy that would be great

Hi, I would love to do that swap for you. I used to own Phamspeed and worked for GroundZero Motorsports. Now work for Garage112. Let me know. I can do wonders for your car at a resonable price, you'd be surprised
