I like living in the country where you could set your house on fire and no one would take a second look

Hazardous waste disposal site. There are many around the NW. I have been to several and disposed bad gas a couple times. Seach the net and you will come across some.

if you have another vehicle, put a gallon or so in the tank, or call all your friends and give them each a gallon till it is gone. unless there is water in it, it will just mix with the fresh gas and be OK.
oh, second thought, put a sign in your yard "bad gas,$1 buck a gallon" and sell it ala the home lemonade stand idea.... with gas at $2.50, somebody will bite

Put it on ebay. They'll buy anything there.
