Thought I needed to replace my front wheel bearings because of noise and movement. But I retorqued the spindle nut and that fixed that problem, saved me $70.
Flushed and filled tranny with Redline 75/90 GL-4. Wow. Huge difference from organic to that. Now I can downshiftp properly.

Gave her a bath and installed a fuel pump kill switch. Hidden like a boss. Just gotta get used to hitting it now.
thing idles for a solid 2 minutes before it even starts sputtering, though. almost thought i did something wrong.
Also got started on installing the fog lights, too. Ran some of the wiring for it, stopped there.

Just hit 200 miles on the engine today. Getting smoother, stronger, more responsive. Spent the last couple hours putting around the hills around Corvallis. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a good spot to take pictures of my car on any of the roads I was on today.
Maybe I'll put the radiator fan shroud since I forgot it in the excitement of getting everything back in the engine bay.
Edit:
I forgot to add that the surging was due to the TPS reading 4.97 volts instead of one. I can only back it out to 2.02 volts with the regular set scew, but with a longer spring and screw I was able to get about 1.10 volts.

Got all of the interior electrical finished got the dash back in and treated the last of the rust. Only Issues left are the mirrors still not working fully. They only move to the right and down. My guess is a bad switch. And the plugs for the clock and rear defrost switch don't quite reach. I also got the front speaker wires run. Tomorrow I can finish with the interior and get my new stereo installed. I still need speakers though. lol. This was one hell of a weekend.
