If I were local I would take you out. I think that the 7 is one of the best cars to learn on. I tought 3 people how to drive a stick with my SE. Oh ya and they all learned in less than an hour.

I think the verdict is.................we need partly mazda to give it a whirl. it wants to start, and sometimes does, but dies instantly.

 

We just had Partly mazda come out and he worked on it.. don't really know what the verdict is but we think it might be the carb. We are hoping that is all it is. I want to thank all of you again exspecailly partly mazda for coming out this way at night to work on it.... Thanks to everyone else to... Love you guys

 

hmm lol well i remember when the parts car we had was doing that all it needed was gas lol

 

Car has a half a tank of premium gas with some octaine boost added Partly Mazda came by with a manifold and carb setup. Will see what it does this afternoon.

I hope that's a joke. If not, you'd probably have a hell of a lot better chance of starting it with regular.

 

Well the premium seemed to work just fine.
Between changing carbs and putting the rats nest back on, getting all the vacuum lines back in order, seems to be what kept it from starting was a clogged cat...
It's alive!!!!!

If anyone has any stock exhaust laying around...I could use them. As you can hear it's a bit on the loud side

hell yeah, i think the only stock exhaust piece i have is a manifold, but when i get my glass pack put in the back u can have my stock muffler, its in great shape.
