Btw, I think that was some awesome advice also. The first thing i did when i got my 7 was teach my GF how to drive it. She wont own another automatic again she loves it. I bought her a 2000 Impreza 2.5 RS and we are going to mod it up together its her baby.
A huge shout out to all you grease monkey car girls.

Thanks RX7grl, I was looking around for RX-7's for years while I was finishing up college, but usually without luck. I ended up getting this RX-7 from an old doctor, he seemed pretty ****, so hopefully there will not be much trouble w/ this car.
That would be interesting if my old MR2 was already back up on craigslist, the guy I sold it to got a pretty good deal on a 12 second track prepared MR2.... I still miss the power = (

Hmm... I had a 3SGTE from a 1993 MR2 GT-S which ran like a dream.... you could beat on that engine and rev it past 8,000 with no trouble. My favorite part about the car was how robust the engine was, I had no fear at the track.
Unfortunately, there's about 20 beaten to hell MR2's for every decent one...
So far the RX-7 has been very nice... much cleaner and quieter than the MR2 haha

My friends has 210,000 miles and it would blow up if you ran it past 8,000. HAHA. We shift at like 6k so it will maybe have a chance of lasting longer.
I want a 3rd gen RX7 so bad it is not even funny. It is one of my dream cars to have before i turn 30.
