Tri Cities Rotary Project Help

Alright so I got everything in the car and am just about done and can start her up. But I have decided to pull the motor just when I got everything connected lol. I want to have the engine rebuilt and Street Ported. I figured why not build i the first time around. My question is: Is there anyone around the Tri Cities Area with the right tools and experience to help me rebuild and port the motor. I have heard of Justin Linder but right now he is moving shop and I also heard he charges an arm and a leg or work on rotarys. But he does so damn good work everyone tells me. I would love to have my engine worked on by him but I can't afford it and personally I want the experience of building my own motor and all. So anyone around the area that works on rotary's please PM me with some info. I'm not rich or anything so I can't pay alot of money, I'm a senior in high school and similtaniously attending college. Tuition is payed for but I still have to buy my books and next year I have to pay for my own tuition/book so I am not rich at all. I have to buy the rebuild kit still. Someone help me out.... If you live out of town I don't mind traveling. PM me with info

Thanks in advance help is much appreciated

unfortunatly your best bet will be justin linder, and yeah he is in the process of moving into a new shop . aside from him there is atkins rotary up outside of seattle . He is currently doing my motor , and he doesnt charge quite an arm and a leg but your getting the work done the right way. Its one of those things...you get what you pay for which does suck... sorry to hear your in a bind.

I know I thought about doing everythign myself but since I only have one engine adn I am a noob on porting I thought it might be better to get help. I don't feel like ruining a perfectly good housing. Well yeha and don't you also need like special tools which I do not have.

umm i know of one or two, but the one i am thinking of has a flashy body kit, huuuuge spoiler, and overall just an ugly car. plus he blew the motor. I also know of a 10ae owned by the same family of the ugly TII. isnt justin linder's car a 10ae as well??
