Hey guys sorry I ended up having something come up. ummm We need to figure out what to do different. 3 months and 3 cars per meet isn't really cool or that much fun. I just got back from the NW Nissans meet and it was kicken.

 

I think the weather is a huge part of this. It was overwhelming crappy out yesterday. Nobody wants to go stand out in the rain.

The other thing, is there seems to be a real lack of any motivation from anybody to go out and do anything these days. Looking at the old photos thread, its a real reminder of how great this club used to be.

We just need to put in a sincere effort to get people motivated again. We need more events and things do do besides just meets these days. We used to the do the Mt St Helen's run, apple blossom, the big BBQ and even the caravan down to sevenstock. NONE of that exists any more. I dare say it... it seems like the rx8club is more active than us these days.

The last thing, is there is a gaping hole in central leadership these days. Allen (kettlman) is much busier than he used to be, and the codeblues are still in spokane (hurry up and get back over here!) Someone really needs to take the reins that has the time to do so.

 

Well Ive been trying to hold a meet to get some of this stuff figured out like a Mt. St Helen's run and a BC run. And figure out what to do with the meets.

 

Is Lloyd going to do the BBQ again this year? Those are always great.
